Now that Dutch nursery Vergeldt & Bouten Boomkwekers is an independent subsidiary of Häberli Fruchtpflanzen, the Swiss company will take further steps.
Häberli will move a part of its logistics activities for EU customers, from Switzerland to the nursery in the Netherlands. The Swiss flower family Rutishauser sees the partial movement as a first and important step after the takeover.
