In January 2019 IPHandlers will open a brand new Perishable Center. Close to the existing premises at Noordpolderweg 20 in Aalsmeer the Amsterdam Perishable Center will be established.
The new Perishable Center will be cooled completely and has a surface of 6.000 m2 inclusive 10 docks. In total IPHandlers offers 16.000 m2 warehouse and the possibility to load 23 trucks at the same time.
The AmsterdamsePerishable Center will be the most modern and efficient logistic hub to store and process a wide scale of fresh products with different temperature areas.
While this year the 4thvacuum tank for double aircraft plates was installed, the processing capacity is increased up to over 45.000 kg per hour. The exceptional growth of IPHandlers was the inducement to open a new logistic hub as the AmsterdamsePerishable Center.
Based in Aalsmeer next to Amsterdam Airport and Flora Holland IPHandlers handles mostly fresh flowers, but also a wide range of living plants and all kind of vegetables, tropical fruits, even herbs.
