India Prime Minister Modi landed in Israel yesterday with his delegation, to explore possible cooperation’s with Israel in several fields, agriculture to be an important one of them.
The visit, hosted by Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu, the ministry of foreign affairs, and Agriculture minister Ariel, took place in Danziger facility at Mishmar Hashiva’a.
The Indian delegation asked to explore advanced and precise agriculture and R&D, and so Danziger was their first visit after landing in Israel. Being a global company at the forefront of the industry, Danziger demonstrated to Netanyahu and Modi an overview of innovative breeding techniques and revolutionary products, as well as explaining about the overall complex process of developing new genetics for a global, diversified market.
In the honor of India Prime Minister, Danziger has decided to call a new Daisy variety, soon to be launched in his name – “Modi “. Ernest and Zehava, founders of Danziger, 93 years old, welcomed both Prime ministers with a bouquet composed “Modi “.
In correspondence to the Indian taste, some of the flowers were colored in bright colors.
