Last week, we had some incidents again: fires all around and at one point even on the farm. Our farm is about 650 hectares in total. We grow avocados and roses. A large part of Mount Elgon Orchards consists of forest and wilderness with a lot of wildlife (different kinds of deer, monkeys, serval cats etc.). And it’s that wildlife that we cherish. (..)
