This year the 11th edition of Flower Expo Ukraine will take place from 21-23 March 2017 in the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kiev. During the 2016 edition some 90 companies from 8 countries worldwide have chosen Flower Expo Ukraine as platform to launch or strengthen their business in Ukraine.
Flower Expo Ukraine is being organised by Nova Exhibitions under the patronage of the Flower Council of Ukraine and each year, the exhibition brings together industry professionals from the horticultural sector from around Ukraine and other CIS Countries.
For this coming edition the organisers expect an increase of the exhibition with some 25%.
As already expected the exhibition continues its growth path, which it started last year.
The Ukrainian economy is forecasted to grow with some 2.5% in 2017 according to the latest forecasts, this, in combination with the free trade agreement between the European Union and Ukraine, which went into effect as of January 1st 2016, now offers companies one of the best times to start or expand their business in Ukraine.
Trade with Ukraine has increased with some 20% over the past 7 months and Ukrainian growers are starting to export their products to the EU thanks to this free trade agreement between the EU and Ukraine.
Ukraine is basically the last emerging market in Europe with a population of over 45 million people who are very fond of Flowers & Plants.
