A remarkable nursery in Sweden

Eriksbo Plantskola seems to be a fairly common nursery, with loaders driving around with trees and plants. Still the Swedish company can be called remarkable.

In the Eriksbo Plantskola team, women are in the majority and in charge: about administration, production, orders and deliveries. According to the owner of the Swedish company, Miriam Dovrén, growing is just science. It’s not about muscles.

She calls herself a nursery woman. What motivates her to run a nursery? And so many women employed, is that really the intention of Dovrén? How did she organize her business? She explains everything in our newest digital magazine, click here to read the complete article.
