The international garden lifestyle trade fair Spoga+Gafa, scheduled for September in Germany, has been cancelled for this year. The trade fair will be held from 30 May to 1 June 2021.
Spoga+Gafa was one of the few events in horticulture industry to be organized physically, regarding corona measures. However, in recent weeks a large majority of exhibitors and trade visitors decided not to attend the trade fair in September in Koelnmess, the exhibition centre in the German city of Cologne.
Therefore the organization decided to cancel Spoga+Gafa this year. New cases of corona infection in Germany have also played a role in this decision. And the current travel situation is still uncertain, particularly at intercontinental level – Spoga+Gafa promotes itself as the largest garden lifestyle trade fair in the world.
